* Coordinate activities of facilities in the operation & maintenance of wastewater treatment plants (e.g., schedules chemical laboratory tests, oversees plant record keeping & ensures compliance with Ohio Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) wastewater regulations) * Manage process controls by conducting routine sampling & monitoring daily or as required by Ohio EPA * Manage sewage plant equipment (e.g., lubricates all moving parts, changes packing, removes & replaces worn parts) * Oversees safety inspection program of treatment facilities * Must have Class 1 Wastewater Operator License and Class 1 Water Supply License * Starting hourly pay of $24.86/hr with multiple pay increases over your first 4.5 years of service, with an end salary of $30.55/hr * There may also be cost of living adjustments (COLA) applied.

Longevity pay supplements begin after (5) years of state service.
