COMPANY OVERVIEW
Mt. La Crosse welcomed its first skiers in the 1959-1960 season and has been a winter, family fun favorite in La Crosse ever since! Located on the south end of La Crosse, about ten miles from the downtown area, Mt. La Crosse provides breathtaking views of the river valley and bluffs to skiers and snowboarders of all levels. With a full-service rental and repair shop, private and group lessons, retail store, concessions and award-winning bar, Mt. La Crosse has many seasonal, full and part-time positions to fill. We are seeking teammates with energetic, positive and can-do attitudes to join our tight-knit team. These seasonal positions typically run November to mid-March and require some nights, weekends and holidays.
POSITION SUMMARY
This position is responsible for assisting guests with loading and unloading chair lifts and conveyors, while ensuring the safe and efficient operation of lift systems. Candidates must be comfortable working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions. Days, nights and weekend shifts available, Typically 5-8 hour shifts.

Position Requirements
Must be at least 18 years old
Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and coworkers to handle their inquiries
Physically fit to perform the job functions including the ability to stand, squat, bend, lift, and sit for long periods
Able to work independently and function as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check
