What You'll Do:
Lead and manage complex projects across departments, from planning and design to execution and completion.
Drive process improvements, software rollouts, and contract management.
Collaborate with internal teams, government agencies, and community groups to streamline operations and share resources.
Analyze operations, identify challenges, and develop data-driven solutions.
Make recommendations to improve areas of operation.
Prepare reports and presentations that influence decisions at the highest level.
Serve as a liaison to ensure policies and procedures reflect best practices and evolving standards.

Minimum Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in public administration, finance, data analysis, or a related field is preferred(or equivalent combination of education, experience, and training).
At least 4 years of hands-on analytical experience, ideally in the public sector.
A minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience.
Supplemental Information
Travel may be required for meetings, project oversight, and negotiations with state and federal agencies
