Essential Functions and Basic Duties:
Position Specific Performance Expectations:
o Responsible for support and upkeep of organizations systems and hardware.
o Responsible for management of small and medium sized projects as assigned by the IT Director.
Projects to be completed in a timely manner according to schedule.
o Recommend technical solutions to improve network performance, reliability, and increase user
satisfaction.
o Provide technical support, diagnosis of application errors, and troubleshooting with system
issues.
o Rapidly respond to emergency situations, including direct response or on-call coverage, both
during and outside of normal business hours.
o Run network and telephone cabling as needed.
o Performs other duties as assigned.

safe environment for patients, public, and staff.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
o Must be at least 16 years ofage (21 for driving positions)
o Must be able to legally work in the United States.
o Must be able to pass a background check.
o Must be able to pass a drug screen and breath alcohol test (if applicable)
o Must complete employee health meeting.
Required Education/Licensure/Certification:
o High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred.
o Unencumbered License/Certification (if applicable).
Experience:
o Preferred technical role or customer support role in a healthcare setting.
o A functional knowledge to provide desktop support. •
o Experience in a healthcare setting, preferred.
Position Classification: Non-Exempt
Compensation Range: $ 26.04 to $ 39.06
