Opsource Staffing of Gaffney has partnered with a local Commercial Flooring Provider and we are currently looking for Production Associates.

Shift for the positions:

1st 7a-3p

2nd 3p- 11p

3rd 11p-7a

Pay for the positions:

$14.00

Production Associate Job Description:

Measure, grade and feed raw materials into production machinery

Operate production line equipment, like a factory conveyor line

Assemble goods on a production line

Report equipment faults to maintenance staff

Monitor production and carry out basic testing and quality checks

Adhere to all production schedules, meeting all production deadlines, and completing all issued production-related tasks

Forklift experience a plus

Qualifications:

Manufacturing experience a plus

HSD or Equivalent preferred (not required)

Prior manufacturing/production experience

Ability to learn various production processes

Ability to follow instructions and safety protocols.
