Now Hiring: Mentor – Help Young Adults Build Brighter Futures

Location: Meridian, Idaho

Pay: Starting at $16.00/hour (based on experience)

At Mana Resources, we believe in the power of second chances, resilience, and the life-changing impact of meaningful support. Since 2008, we’ve been walking alongside youth as they transition out of foster care and juvenile corrections, helping them build skills and confidence for a better future.

This is more than a job—it’s a chance to make a real impact in the lives of young adults (ages 18–19) who are stepping out of juvenile corrections and into independent living for the first time.

About the Role

As a Mentor, you’ll be a steady, supportive presence in the lives of young adults learning to navigate adulthood. You'll help them:

Develop independent living skills like budgeting, cooking, and home care

Build healthy daily routines and personal responsibility

Prepare for jobs and understand workplace expectations

Strengthen social and emotional skills

Grow the confidence to make their own choices and shape their own future What You Bring to the Team

High school diploma or GED

Ability to pass a background check

Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, registration, and insurance (mileage reimbursed)

CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to get certified (we’ll help!)
