Restaurant Manager

We're looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Restaurant Manager to join our team and play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences.

You'll oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, lead a motivated team, and collaborate closely with both front-of-house and culinary teams to maintain our high standards of excellence.

Responsibilities * Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless and efficient service.

* Lead and motivate the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and achieve performance goals.

* Monitor and maintain restaurant cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations.

* Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to optimize profitability.

* Collaborate with the culinary and service teams to uphold the restaurant's high standards.

* Requires 50-55 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as business needs dictate.

Qualifications * Experience managing fast-paced restaurant.

* Leadership experience.

* A great attitude and work ethic.

* Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 6-8 hours). * Lift and carry up to 20 lbs (e.g., menus, high chairs, booster seats). * Reach, bend, and stoop occasionally.

* Use hands and arms to operate reservation systems and phones.

* Clear verbal communication skills and ability to interact with guests in a busy environment.

* Ability to remain calm and composed while multitasking in a fast-paced setting.
