Senior Project Executive

The Role

As a Senior Project Executive (PX), you will:

Lead projects from Concept and Design Engagement (CaDE) through detailed design and final delivery.

Serve as the single point of accountability ("one throat to choke") for client satisfaction, budget, schedule, and safety.

Drive projects with a design/build mindset, integrating facility construction and specialized equipment delivery.

Manage and mentor project delivery teams (SPMs, PMs, APMs, Administrators).

Oversee budgets, forecasting, contracts, and subcontractor performance.

Build trusted client relationships and inspire confidence in every engagement.

Report directly to senior leadership and present polished updates at the executive level.

Required Skills & Qualifications

15+ years of project management leadership in industrial or construction projects.

Proven record of delivering $20M-$100M design/build projects.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Construction Management required.

PMP/PMI certification preferred.

Strong commercial, financial, and negotiation skills.

Executive presence with excellent client-facing communication.

High sense of urgency and accountability; decisive, solutions-oriented leader.10+ years of progressive project management experience in industrial, mechanical, or construction projects.
