We are seeking a high-performing Sales Executive with a proven track record of selling professional services-specifically audit, tax, or client accounting services-within the CPA firm environment. This fully remote role is ideal for a sales professional who understands the unique needs of accounting clients and is ready to take ownership of the sales function at a fast-growing, 100% CPA firm.

Historically, the Managing Partner has led business development efforts, but the firm is now ready to invest in a dedicated sales leader to accelerate growth and expand market reach.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and engage prospective clients, particularly those in need of audit, tax, or outsourced accounting services.

Leverage existing industry knowledge and relationships to generate qualified leads and build a strong pipeline.

Deliver tailored sales presentations that clearly communicate the value of our CPA services.

Collaborate closely with firm leadership to refine sales strategy and align with overall growth goals.

Maintain and nurture long-term client relationships to drive referrals and repeat business.

Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive offerings to position the firm effectively.

Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, providing regular performance updates to leadership.

Qualifications

Demonstrated success in selling audit, tax, or client accounting services at a CPA firm or similar professional services environment.

Deep understanding of the accounting industry and the challenges faced by clients.

Strong business development, lead generation, and relationship-building skills.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.

Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Familiarity with CRM systems and sales enablement tools.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
