Role Description:

As a Luxury Wardrobe Consultant, you’ll go beyond selling clothes — you’ll guide clients in designing wardrobes that reflect their lifestyle and aspirations. This role combines an eye for style with a passion for people, creating an unmatched client experience rooted in trust, service, and sophistication.

Day-to-day, you’ll work directly with clients to curate wardrobes that make them feel confident in every setting, from the boardroom to special occasions. You’ll also play an active role in maintaining the store’s presentation, managing inventory, and collaborating with our tailoring team to ensure each garment meets our exacting standards. Beyond the sales floor, you’ll be a brand ambassador — building long-term relationships and representing Trevor Furbay Bespoke at events and within the community.

Qualifications

Skills in personal styling and fashion consultation

Experience in luxury retail sales and customer service

Ability to use and demonstrate digital technology platforms

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

Ability to work collaboratively with tailors and other team members

Previous experience in a high-end retail environment is preferred

A passion for fashion and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service

Benefits & Compensation

Guaranteed $30,000 annual base salary, with 10% commission on personal sales.

First year average income $75k-$125k.

$1500 clothing allowance per season.
