Job Description
The Assistant Specialist, Personalization plays a key role in bringing unique experiences to life for each customer that interacts with our brands. The Associate Specialist will work with cross functional partners across Marketing, Digital & Technology, etc to create and deploy personalization strategies on our website, app, and emails. They will work on the strategic evolution of existing capabilities to deliver against brand & audience objectives.
This job is located at our Global Home Office in Columbus, Ohio.
What Will You Be Doing?
Strategy
Translate customer insights and needs to deliver personalization experiences
Assist with experience strategy of existing experience enhancements & squads projects
Own business strategy and set best practices for personalization algorithms and rules
Execution
Build, manage & QA personalization campaigns in the platform across site, app & email
QA experiences based on customer preferences & behaviors
Utilize technical competency to troubleshoot experiences
Other
Project managements of upcoming tests & experiences - tracking requests, updating timelines
Partner & communicate across many functions to deliver customer facing experiences
What Do You Need To Bring?
Bachelor’s Degree or related experience
1+ years marketing experience
Prior experience in personalization preferred but not required
Strong adaptability to technology
