Your Impact

As a Staff Fullstack Engineer, you'll play a key role in building the core functionality of our client's newest product initiative. This includes expanding the ingestion stack with new data sources, developing critical systems such as a Privacy & Governance engine, and shaping product interfaces across web applications and chat platforms.

The roadmap is ambitious, with a strong emphasis on scalability, security, and seamless user experience. The ideal candidate is a systems thinker who thrives on moving quickly from concept to working prototype, while contributing across both frontend and backend components

Responsibilities

Design and build integrations with external platforms, expanding product capabilities

Develop secure core infrastructure, including a Privacy & Governance engine

Create user-friendly product experiences across web applications and chat tools

Prototype AI-powered features such as automation tools and company-specific assistants

Mentor and collaborate with other engineers to drive innovation in AI applications

Requirements

10+ years of professional engineering experience (primarily backend focus)

Proficiency in Python, Typescript (Vite is a plus), and Kubernetes

Hands-on experience with TypeScript (Vite is a plus)

Experience taking projects from problem definition through deployment

Prior experience at early or growth-stage startups

Familiarity with building AI systems (MCPs, agents, LLM APIs)

Big plus: background in building privacy or governance systemsCompany Description
