What You’ll Do:
As the right hand to the Branch Manager, you’ll lead with heart and hustle—driving service excellence, team performance, and business growth. You’ll be the spark that ignites a culture where every Associate owns the Member experience and every Member feels valued.
Lead with Purpose: Inspire and coach a team of talented Associates to deliver exceptional service and build lasting relationships.
Drive Results: Use strategic thinking and performance accountability to meet and exceed branch goals.
Champion Innovation: Challenge the status quo and ask, “How can we improve?” every single day.
Grow the Business: Represent the credit union in the community, cultivate relationships, and drive new Membership growth.
Empower Your Team: Cross-train Associates, recognize achievements, and create a culture of continuous development.
Make Smart Decisions: Use data, NPS feedback, and financial reports to guide branch strategy and profitability.
Stay Compliant & Secure: Ensure branch operations meet regulatory standards and maintain a safe, secure environment.
What You Bring:
3+ years of sales/customer service experience in a financial institution PLUS 3+ years having direct reports and managing the performance of others (operations, compliance, & sales).
Proven success in business development and community engagement
NMLS License & Notary Certification (or willingness to obtain)
A passion for leadership, service, and making a difference

Final offers based on qualifications, experience, and internal equity. The pay range for the Assistant Branch Manager role is $33.00 - $39.00 per hour.
