A growing manufacturing organization is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Support Coordinator to support its operations team. This entry-level, in-office role is ideal for a professional who is looking to build a career in operations and customer support.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for customer communications, primarily via email.

Enter and manage data within an ERP system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Coordinate inventory movements between multiple sites to support production and delivery schedules.

Collaborate with internal departments such as Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Production.

Provide planning and administrative support to the operations team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.

A years of experience in a customer service, planning, or administrative role.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency with computer systems; prior ERP experience is a plus.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Balanced personality to align with team dynamics.

Pay Details: $50,000.00 to $55,000.00 per year
