Associate Attorney
Established (Over 20 Years) Industry Leading Real Estate Law Firm Seeking a Estate Planning & Probate Attorney.
We are a respected Real Estate firm with a breadth of services related to legal, title, escrow, mortgage, brokerage, and estate planning. We advise individuals, professionals, and businesses in Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana, on all sorts of matters related to real estate, probate, and estate planning. Our office in Columbus, OH, is seeking an experienced and motivated Estate Planning and Probate Attorney to join our growing team. Our firm is known for delivering personalized legal solutions with integrity, compassion, and excellence.
Offer:
Salary: $70,000 to $130,000 + commission

Qualifications:
-Juris Doctor (JD)
-Active Ohio bar license in good standing
-3+ years of experience in estate planning and probate law
-Strong legal drafting, research, and communication skills
-Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
-Ability to learn and adapt with AI capabilities
Key Responsibilities:
-Advise clients on estate planning strategies, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advanced directives
-Draft and review estate planning documents with attention to detail and clarity
-Represent clients in probate proceedings, including estate administration and guardianships
-Work closely with individuals, families, and fiduciaries to develop and implement customized estate plans
-Manage client relationships and maintain high standards of communication and service
-Stay current on relevant state and federal laws related to estate planning and probate
