What You Bring:

What you can expect:

As a Team Lead you will be responsible for a team of 22 FTE working across all warehouse processes, including inbound, outbound, inventory and issue resolution. You identify bottlenecks and irregularities and report them when necessary. You will manage both fixed and flexible staff, ensuring smooth daily operations, planning and monitoring. Together with other Team Leads, you’ll drive continuous improvements and ensure operational targets are met. In addition, you will be energized by the following responsibilities:

Coaching, evaluating and developing team members within their department and facilitate cross-functional collaboration, all in line with HR policies.

Motivating your team to consistently deliver high-quality output and contribute to process improvements.

Managing KPI’s and making sure your team meets set performance targets.

You perform administrative tasks to support operations and handle general duties.

What you bring:

You are a hands-on leader with a sharp analytical mindset and a structured way of working. You know how to maintain control across multiple processes while continuously striving for improvement. You balance empathy with a results-driven attitude and communicate clearly across all levels. Furthermore, you have:

MBO-level working and thinking skills

You have a good command of the English language (both spoken and written)

Solid computer and analytical skills
