What You'll Be Doing

Leading from the front - delivering exceptional, personalised customer experiences

Inspiring, developing and motivating a talented in-store team

Taking full ownership of store performance, including achieving KPIs and driving profitability

Championing visual merchandising and in-store presentation to reflect our brand identity

Building strong local customer relationships and identifying opportunities for growth

Creating a warm, inclusive and empowering culture where everyone feels valued

Promoting and delivering our in-store piercing service as a key part of the customer experience
