Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Santa Clara, CA.

The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day office operations, including administrative assistance, managing office equipment, office supplies, event assistant, document review & management, providing customer service, and handling office administration tasks.

The role requires ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently while supporting the needs of the staff and management.

QualificationsStrong Communication skillsPassionate about startups and are willing to learn new and diverse tasksKnow how to sort out priorities and can respond quicklyExperience in Administrative Assistance and Office AdministrationProficiency with Office Equipment managementExcellent Customer Service skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize tasks effectivelyProficient in using office software and tools (e.g., Slack, Google Workspace, etc)Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
