Keep an Automotive Plant Moving—From the Driver’s Seat
Based in Athens, TN, this role powers production by moving the right materials to the right spot at the right time. It’s a Sunday–Thursday position, 6:00pm–2:30am, with weekly overtime.Is This You?
Do you have proven experience with sit-down forklifts in an industrial or manufacturing setting?
Are you detail-oriented and safety-focused?
Can you collaborate across teams while keeping accurate inventory records?Your Core Impact
Operate forklifts to load, unload, stage, and transport materials safely and efficiently.
Complete pre-shift inspections; flag and report mechanical issues immediately.
Stack and store product to optimize space and uphold safety standards.
Log inventory movements in the system and support cycle counts.
Coordinate with production to hit shift goals and deadlines.
Follow all safety protocols and procedures consistently.Qualifications
Experience operating forklifts in warehouse/industrial environments; sit-down forklift proficiency required.
Basic computer literacy for inventory and documentation.
Clear communication skills and a teamwork mindset.
Ability to lift heavy items and operate equipment safely.
High School diploma or GED.
Current forklift license/certification is a plus. If you don’t have one, we can provide training and certification.Proficiencies We Value
