Lemaire, The Jefferson Hotel’s signature restaurant, is seeking a warm, professional, and guest-focused individual to join our team as a AM or PM Host. This part-time evening role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, luxury dining environment and takes pride in delivering an exceptional guest experience.Key Responsibilities

Greet guests with a professional and welcoming demeanor

Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating assignments using OpenTable or other reservation systems

Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth table turnover and guest flow

Maintain knowledge of menu offerings, daily features, and restaurant policies

Ensure the front-of-house area is tidy, organized, and guest-ready at all times

Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally

Provide support to the restaurant team as needed to maintain seamless serviceQualifications

Previous experience in a full-service or upscale restaurant environment preferred

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Outgoing, enthusiastic, and guest-minded

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Punctual, responsible, and able to work independently or as part of a team

Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidaysTraits of a Successful Candidate
