The Kitchen & Bath Design Specialist plays a key role in guiding clients through the design process. You’ll be responsible for creating professional 3D renderings and detailed plans, curating color palettes, selecting materials/finishes, and ensuring all design elements come together cohesively. This role blends technical skill with creativity and requires a sharp eye for detail. Key Responsibilities

Meet with clients to understand project goals, style preferences, and functional needs

Create 3D renderings and floor plans for kitchens and baths using design software

Select finishes, colors, fixtures, cabinetry, and materials that align with client vision

Collaborate with project managers, carpenters, and vendors to ensure smooth execution

Maintain design boards, sample libraries, and organized project files

Present design concepts to clients with clarity and enthusiasm

Qualifications

Experience with kitchen/bath design or interior design (1–3 years preferred)

Proficiency in 3D rendering/design software (e.g., 2020 Design, Chief Architect, SketchUp, or similar)

Strong sense of color, texture, and material combinations

Excellent communication and client presentation skills

Ability to balance creativity with practical construction knowledge

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a team player
