We are seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant with 5 + years of experience to provide high-level administrative support directly to the President. The Executive Administrative Assistant shall work independently performing a wide range of complex and confidential administrative and clerical support duties to include managing calendars, arranging travel, preparing reports, drafting correspondence, organizing meetings, and serving as a liaison between executives, staff, and external partners. This role requires excellent organizational skills, discretion with confidential information, and the ability to anticipate needs while ensuring efficiency and professionalism in all interactions.
Key Responsibilities for the Executive Administrative Assistant
Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments across multiple time zones.
Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports on behalf of the President.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
Coordinate travel, including arrangements, accommodations, itineraries, and expense reporting.
Plan and organize internal and external meetings, conferences, and special events.
Assist with personal administrative tasks as required.
Support ad hoc projects and provide general administrative support as needed.
Qualifications for the Executive Administrative Assistant
Proven experience (5+ years) as an Executive Assistant supporting senior-level executives.
Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelorâ s degree preferred but not required.

The pay for the Executive Administrative Assistant position depends on experience and skill sets.
