Qualifications:

· Must be at least 18 years of age

· 1+ years of restaurant, food service, hospitality, retail, or related management experience

· High school diploma, GED or equivalent work experience; Associate’s degree preferred

· Valid driver’s license with liability insurance, a good driving record and a satisfactory background check is required

· Recruiting, interviewing, and training staff to follow restaurant procedures

· Supervising daily shift operations, including front- and back-of-house restaurant operations

· Organizing schedules, keeping track of employees’ hours and recording payroll data

· Knowledge of back-of-house systems, point-of-sale systems, restaurant operating systems, budgetary concepts and procedures, performance review process and more

· Food Handlers Certification

· Food Safety Certification (requirement may vary based on city, county or state)
