Tax Senior

Job title: Tax Senior or Experienced Tax Associate

Location: Onsite in Irvine, CA

Compensation: $90-130K base depending on experience + 10-20% bonus

We are a top 50 CPA and advisory firm with 600+ professionals working throughout the United States. We work with clients across nearly every industry including real estate, pharmaceutical, construction, cannabis, commercial, technology, ecommerc, and more.

Currently we are looking to hire multiple Tax Seniors for our Irvine office (located near the Irvine Spectrum). This role offers great career advancement opportunities to Manager level and beyond and strong compensation and bonuses.

Key Responsibilities

Intermediate to advanced accounting work relating to tax

Function as a Lead (assigning work and providing guidance to lower-level associates)

Provide tax planning and consulting services to clients

Mentor and train junior staff members in tax preparation and review processes

Contribute to the firm's overall tax strategy and business development efforts

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field

CPA preferred but not required

Minimum of 2 years of experience in public accounting with a focus on tax

Strong understanding of federal and state tax regulations

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
