Support smooth, high-efficiency production and ensure products meet quality standards
Set up molds and machines for production readiness and quality assurance
Troubleshoot issues, verify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions
Maintain, repair, and store molds, dies, machines, and tools to ensure reliability and readiness
Inspect and accept new machines, tools, and molds/dies for production use
Keep accurate repair and production documents (e.g., build sheets, work instructions)
Monitor machine performance, OEE, and breakdowns to meet production KPIs
Ensure 5S and safety compliance in all work areas
Seek ways to improve processes, reduce time and cost, and expand production capabilities

Qualifications…
Vocational Certificate or higher in Mechanical, Mold, or related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in mold fitting, mold repair, and maintenance
Experience in machine setup, repair, and maintenance (Stamping, Plastic Injection, CNC, Laser Cutting, 3D Wax Printing, 3D Metal Printing, etc.)
Knowledge of crane usage
Computer skills: Microsoft Office, CAD/Drawing, CNC program & coding, Top Solid, SolidWorks
English communication ability

You will be warmly greeted with over 13,000 craftspeople who are excellent at crafting and supplying the world’s largest jewellery brand with our craftsmanship. You will be part of a Production Excellence team and report to the Supervisor, Alternative Manufacturing Process Engineer (Lamphun), who also oversees overall production machines.
