Job Title: Michigan Licensed Journeyman Electrician – Solar Project

Location: Albion, MI

Start Date: September, 29, 2025

Pay Rate: $82.64/hr (Prevailing Wage – includes fringe) + $500/wk per diem

Hours: 50 hrs/week Monday–Saturday

Duration: 8 weeks

Language: English or bilingual (English/Spanish)

License Requirement: Active Michigan Journeyman Electrician License

Finish Line Staffing is seeking 10 Local Michigan Licensed Journeyman Electricians to join our crew for a high-profile solar field project in Albion, MI. This is an excellent opportunity for steady work, overtime hours, and top-tier prevailing wage pay.

What You’ll Be Doing:

CAB installation

TRUNK installation

Underground DC installation

MV/DC terminations

What We’re Looking For:

Active Michigan Journeyman Electrician license (required)

Local to Michigan

Prior solar field experience preferred but not required

Ability to commit to a 50-hour work week for 11 weeks

Strong safety mindset and solid work ethic
