e are looking for motivated, outgoing individuals to join our growing energy sales team in Columbus, OH. As an Energy Sales Representative, you’ll meet with local residents to help them enroll in money-saving energy programs and rebates. This is a commission-only position with uncapped earning potential—top performers regularly earn $1,500–$2,000+ per week. No sales experience is required—we provide full training and a clear path to leadership opportunities.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Present energy savings programs and rebate offers to residential customers at their homes (door-to-door).

• Explain fixed-rate energy plans and answer customer questions clearly and professionally.

• Complete simple enrollment paperwork and phone verification (TPV) to finalize sign-ups.

• Follow a proven sales script while adapting to customer needs.

• Meet daily/weekly sales goals and track results.

• Attend morning team huddles, ongoing training, and field coaching sessions.

• Represent the company with professionalism and positive energy in every interaction.
