Position Summary:
We are seeking a Licensed Therapist who is comfortable integrating Christian values into therapy (when requested by clients) and passionate about working with children, adolescents, and families. The ideal candidate will have experience in individual (children, teens, and adults), family therapy, a strong ethical foundation, and a desire to work in a supportive, spiritually-informed environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide individual and family counseling for children, teens, and their caregivers
Develop and implement treatment plans using evidence-based practices
Integrate faith-based principles into therapy when aligned with client goals and preferences
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Collaborate with other professionals as needed (e.g., pastors, teachers, physicians)
Participate in supervision and team meetings if needed
Qualifications:
Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
Active and unrestricted licensure in Michigan (LPC, LLPC, LMSW, LLMSW, LMFT, or similar)
Experience or interest in working with children, adolescents, and families
Ability to incorporate Christian values in therapy, when appropriate and requested by clients
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Must pass background checks and comply with ethical and legal standards of practice
Preferred Qualifications:
2+ years of post-graduate clinical experience
Experience working in faith-based or private practice settings
Training in play therapy, trauma-informed care, or family systems therapy

Compensation: $20,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Services include pediatric, teen, and adult counseling. We provide individual, couples, marriage and family therapy, as well as speech therapy.
Our counseling services address coping skills to manage depression, anxiety, self-harming, trauma, PTSD, grief/ loss, couples, divorce, & blended family issues, general mood & behavioral disorders, sexual, physical or emotional abuse, domestic violence, eating disorders, chronic pain or illness, lesbian/gay/bisexual/transgender issues, self-esteem, peer relationships, infertility, women and men’s issues, impulse control disorders, life transitions, communication deficits, social skills deficits & more.
