We’re looking for a skilled and self-driven B2B Sales Representative who’s ready to bring in new business and manage client relationships from day one. This is a performance-driven, commission-based role — ideal for someone who’s confident in their ability to close deals and hungry to grow with a creative, fast-moving company.
What You’ll Do
Identify and pursue new B2B leads — cold outreach, email, social media, networking, and in-person efforts
Pitch our custom apparel solutions with confidence and clarity to decision-makers
Build and manage long-term client relationships — from first contact through reorders
Coordinate with our design and production team to deliver high-impact results
Track your leads and maintain a clean, consistent sales pipeline
Contribute ideas and insights to help shape sales strategy and expand into new markets
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of B2B sales experience is required — ideally in apparel, merchandise, printing, or creative services
A proactive, self-motivated closer who doesn’t wait for leads to come in
Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
Familiarity with prospecting, cold outreach, and managing a sales funnel
Bonus if you’ve worked with niche markets like cannabis, streetwear, or music
Comfortable working commission-based and being rewarded directly for your results
