Our client is seeking a Commercial Lawyer in Frankfurt to support a wide range of corporate, contractual, and compliance matters across international group entities. This role offers hands-on involvement in cross-functional projects, legal operations, and the opportunity to shape internal processes within a global legal team.

Key Responsibilities:

Support legal matters for domestic and international entities within a small global legal team.

Draft corporate resolutions and ensure compliance with governance requirements in coordination with the General Counsel and external advisers.

Review NDAs and support the development of contracts, templates, and policies.

Organise and follow up on notary appointments, board meetings, and formalities.

Manage digital contract workflows, including deadline tracking, renewals, and documentation.

Assist with compliance management and internal investigations.

Coordinate insurance service providers, with scope to develop the area independently.

Enhance legal processes and support cross-functional projects such as M&A and reorganisations.

Requirements:

Degree in commercial law, information law, or a related legal qualification with relevant professional experience.

Strong interest in corporate, contract, and compliance law.

Comfortable working in international and cross-functional settings.

Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.

Analytical mindset, strong communication skills, and a proactive, hands-on approach.

Familiarity with corporate structures and global business environments is an advantage.
