Executive Chef Wanted:

In this role, you will be responsible for:
Culinary Excellence: Upholding high standards for food quality, managing inventory, and ensuring a safe, sanitary kitchen environment.
Team Leadership: Building and training a strong kitchen staff, controlling labor costs, and creating efficient schedules.
Operational Management: Driving speed of service, controlling costs for food and paper goods, and working within a defined budget.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of kitchen management experience.
Serve Safe Certified or equivalent.
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Experience with kitchen management software and a valid driver's license.
