Job Description
Robert Half is partnering with a respected client that is looking for a detail-oriented Sales Administrative Assistant to provide behind-the-scenes support for a busy sales and operations team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys balancing administrative tasks, reporting, and customer communication in a professional, team-oriented environment.
What You’ll Do:
• Process incoming requests and documentation accurately and on time.
• Assist with coordinating sales team events, conferences, and training sessions.
• Manage incentive and recognition programs, including gift card distribution and reporting.
• Support reporting needs by proofing, maintaining, and developing regular reports.
• Provide phone and email support, serving as the connector when information is missing or follow-up is needed.
• Help maintain accurate records, procedures, and communication across the department.
• Take on additional administrative projects as needed to support the team.
Other Details:
Duration: 9 months, with potential for extension
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Location: Onsite - Rock Island, IL
