Warehouse Receiving Lead 1st Shift

Responsibilities:

Adheres to all safety standards, and follows listed guidelines for working alongside the robotics warehouse solution.

Reads production schedule, customer order, work order, shipping order, or requisition to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed.

Safely and accurately moves materials and items from receiving or production areas to storage or to other designated areas.

Sorts and places materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code.

Fills requisitions, work orders, or requests for materials, tools, or other stock items and distributes items to production workers or assembly line.

Assembles customer orders from stock and places orders on robots or conveys orders to packing station or shipping department.

Records amounts of materials or items received or distributed.

Weighs or counts items for distribution within plant to ensure conformance to company standards.

Uses computer or hand-held devices to enter records and transactions of all inbound or outbound actions performed.

Prepares parcels for mailing.

Prepares pallets for domestic freight or international shipments.Requirements:

Highschool diploma or GED

At least one year experience working in a warehouse environment

Leadership and receiving experience in a warehouse environment

Oral communication, speaks clearly and listens well to comprehend and get clarification on any necessary tasks being communicated.

Teamwork, balances team and individual responsibilities, gives and welcomes feedback.

Quality and quantity, meets production standards while working in a timely manner, and demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness throughout the whole process.

Safety and security, observes all safety procedures, and repeats potentially unsafe conditions.Shift Schedule: 1st Shift
