The Administrative Assistant is responsible for performing various administrative and clerical tasks. These include assisting and supporting executives, managers, and employees with daily office needs, as well as managing our company’s general administrative activities.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Overseeing routine and advanced duties for other professionals, and providing support to other team members
Organizing files, creating correspondence, and preparing reports or documents.
Managing calendars, errands of the Liaison Officer, and preparing invoices.
Handling general office tasks and administrative duties.
Updating, preparing reports, and maintaining filing systems.
Acts as Secretary to the President in dealing with clients and their assistants.
Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential.
Decision-making: Administrative assistants need to make independent decisions daily, addressing the best way to handle specific tasks.
Communications and collaboration: An administrative assistant must collaborate with different government offices, such as DOLE, Bureau of Immigration, SEC, BIR, and other municipalities, and
clients regularly.
Organizational skills: The ability to maintain order and up-to-date files helps ensure executives don’t miss important details or information.
Communicates with the different government offices and sub-con providers regarding documentation requirements
Provides instructions on the day-to-day errands or activities of the Liaison Officer
Perform other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time
