Position Summary
This position is responsible for leading the development and execution of strategic online campaigns for Consumer Electronics (CE) products in Thailand. The role focuses on creating structured, insight-driven campaigns that support strong sales growth, enhance customer engagement, and strengthen the competitive positioning of CE products across digital channels.
Role and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Planning and Execution
Lead the development of campaign themes, messaging, and timelines aligned with business priorities and product strategies
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and timely execution across all relevant online platforms
Oversee end-to-end campaign operations from planning through post-launch performance review
Ensure media communication & campaign aligned on website
2. Promotion Strategy and Offer Design
Design competitive and relevant promotional schemes tailored to Thai consumer behavior and product category goals
Leverage data insights and previous performance to improve conversion rates and customer response
Collaborate with BU Product Management, Online Sales, and Trade Marketing teams to ensure alignment with commercial strategies
3. Sales Performance Monitoring and Optimization
Monitor campaign performance across traffic, sales, and engagement metrics
Work closely with Performance Marketing and Analytics teams to adjust tactics and improve campaign outcomes
Conduct post-campaign evaluations and apply key learnings to future campaigns
4. Customer and Market Insight Integration
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and shopper behavior to ensure campaigns remain relevant and impactful
Use insights from CRM, digital analytics, and partner feedback to personalize and localize campaign strategies
Identify opportunities and address performance gaps based on online shopper patterns
5. Cross-Functional and Channel Collaboration
Act as the main coordinator for campaign activities across Online Sales, Trade Marketing, Performance Marketing, BU Product Management, and external agencies
Ensure campaign plans are clearly communicated, well aligned with internal objectives, and tailored to the needs of each online sales channel
Maintain consistency with global brand direction while adapting campaigns to fit local market conditions
6. Budget Management and Resource Allocation
Manage campaign budgets to ensure efficient resource utilization
Track spending and adjust allocations based on campaign performance and evolving priorities
Support campaign forecasting, reporting, and financial tracking activities
Skills and Qualifications
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital campaign planning, online marketing, or eCommerce within the consumer electronics, retail, or FMCG sectors Strong understanding of Thai online consumer behavior and platform ecosystems Demonstrated success in delivering impactful campaigns with measurable results Excellent planning and time management skills, with strong attention to detail Effective communicator in both Thai and English, with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams and departments Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data insights into actionable improvements Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and familiar with digital marketing platforms such as Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager
Experience managing campaigns across brand websites, pure-player platforms, or 3PD channels is a strong advantage
