Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a professional manner
Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel
Manage scheduling and appointment bookings as needed
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry and filing
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a related role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
