$40,000Responsibilities:

Manage real estate transaction timelines and ensure all deadlines are met with current clients

Organize and maintain client documents and records in the database and files

Provide direct support to the broker and team on various projects

Communicate with clients regularly, including answering and making phone calls

Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events

Assist with marketing efforts, including social media and company promotions

Help plan and organize company events and client appreciation activitiesQualifications:

Database knowledge

Computer skills are a must
