Job Overview

We are hiring Operation and Maintenance (O&M) staff to support the stable operation of plant facilities in Tokyo. This role involves managing and maintaining plant equipment through routine monitoring, inspections, and maintenance tasks.

No prior experience required!

Comprehensive training is provided, and you will work with a supportive team from day one.

Main Responsibilities

Control Room Monitoring:

Observe and monitor equipment operation from the central control room to detect abnormalities.

On-Site Inspections:

Conduct regular patrols within the facility to:

Record meter and gauge readings

Check equipment status

Identify and respond to any irregularities

Simple Maintenance Work:

Perform basic maintenance on machinery such as pumps and blowers based on operation manuals.

Report Creation:

Prepare daily reports on monitoring, inspection, and maintenance activities.

Equipment Maintenance & Site Cleanliness:

Conduct periodic checks on mechanical equipment

Maintain a clean and safe work environment through beautification tasks

Operation Management:

Monitor and manage the operation of plant systems using a central monitoring system.

Water Quality Control:

Check water quality at various treatment stages to ensure it meets required standards.

Ideal Candidate

No prior experience or educational background required

Willingness to work in a rotating shift schedule

Able to follow safety procedures and work as part of a team

Physically fit and detail-oriented

Working Hours

Shifts (Examples):

3-shift rotation:

A shift: 08:00–16:45

B shift: 16:00–00:45

C shift: 00:00–08:45

Alternate shifts available:

3-shift (no overnight): 08:00–16:00 / 16:00–24:00

3-shift 2-rotation: 08:00–20:00 / 20:00–08:00 / Off

Overtime:

Approx. 20 hours/month

Shift-based schedule (e.g., 4 days on, 2 days off or 3-on/1-off)

More than 120 days of annual leave

Compensation & Benefits

Monthly salary: From ¥220,000 (¥186,080 during training period)

Bonuses: Twice per year (summer and winter; after 6 months of employment)

Annual raise: Once per year
