Job Description

You will work on Rebro CAD operations for various construction projects as a CAD Operator.

Using a specialized 3D CAD software for building equipment, you will mainly create various construction drawings such as section views, floor plans, and structural drawings under the guidance of senior staff.

This is a high-demand role utilizing cutting-edge CAD technology, improving work efficiency and giving you exposure to one of the most sought-after skills in the industry.

■ Key Responsibilities:

Create various technical drawings under supervisor direction:

Section views

Floor plans

Structural (skeleton) drawings

You will be involved in a wide variety of practical projects related to building equipment, allowing you to acquire hands-on CAD skills.

■ Sample Project Types:

Urban buildings such as commercial facilities and office buildings

Reconstruction housing for natural disaster recovery

Public facilities including hospitals, schools, and government buildings

Power plants (nuclear, thermal)

Manufacturing plants (water, gas, chemical)

Infrastructure: airports, train stations, railways

Civil engineering structures such as roads, tunnels, and bridges

Training & Support:

We provide a comprehensive 3-week training program upon joining, covering:

Basic PC operations

How to read and understand technical drawings

Practical drawing exercises (electrical, ductwork, plumbing, etc.)

After training, you’ll be assigned to a project site. Ongoing support is available through follow-up training and regular career consultations.

Ideal Candidate:

Requirements:

Some form of professional working experience

Basic PC skills

Business level of Japanese (JLPT N2 Above)

No experience in CAD or construction required – we welcome applicants with the following interests or motivations:

Interest in the construction industry or manufacturing

Want to build a technical skillset

Desire to restart a career from scratch

Enjoy working with people and teamwork

Working Hours:

8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (8 hours per day, 1-hour break)

Note: May vary depending on the project site

Holidays and Leave:

More than 120 annual holidays

Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays (may vary by project)

Golden Week, summer break, year-end and New Year holidays

Parental, childcare, and caregiver leave

Bereavement leave

Paid leave (10 days after 6 months, with a 90% usage rate!)

Salary:

Annual Salary: ¥3,080,000 – ¥5,000,000

Base Salary: ¥220,000 – ¥350,000/month + fixed allowances + bonuses (twice/year)

Unexperienced hires will start with ¥180,000/month during training; increases to ¥220,000 after training ends

Bonuses: Twice/year (July and December)

Salary review: Once/year (April)

Example Annual Salaries:

¥3,400,000 / Age 24 / First year, no experience

¥3,700,000 / Age 27 / Second year, some experience

¥4,500,000 / Age 30 / Fourth year, no experience
