Start your career in construction management with comprehensive training alongside a group of peers. You will support and manage construction projects such as office buildings, commercial facilities, factories (plants), and other essential infrastructure.
Main Responsibilities:
Safety Management: Conduct on-site safety checks and provide safety reminders (e.g., helmet checks, hydration encouragement, hazard notifications).
Progress & Inventory Management: Record construction schedules, manage material deliveries, and organize documentation.
Quality Management: Ensure construction is progressing as planned by taking photographs and logging site conditions.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring construction projects proceed safely and efficiently.

Requirements:
No prior experience required
Japanese Language Proficiency: JLPT N1 or N2 (Conversational fluency required)
Willingness to relocate or transfer within Japan (nationwide or regionally)
Working Hours:
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (8 hours/day)
Note: Hours may vary by project site
Holidays & Leave:
Two days off per week (depending on project schedule)

Work Locations:
Primarily in the Kanto area: Tokyo, Kanagawa, Chiba, Saitama
Also available in: Tokai, Kinki, Tohoku, Chugoku-Shikoku, and Kyushu regions
Compensation & Benefits:
Base Salary: From ¥220,000/month
(¥186,080 during training period)
Salary will be determined based on skills, experience, and interview results.
Allowances: Transportation, overtime, holiday work, etc.
Bonuses: Twice a year (Summer & Winter, after 6 months)
Salary Review: Annually
