■ Job Description

You will be assigned to one of the following roles:

(1) Engine Control Development

Development of control programs for diesel engines

Design of ECU (Electronic Control Unit), including interface circuits

Communication control with vehicle systems

Development and support of coordinated control systems

(2) Model-Based Development using MATLAB/Simulink

Simulation using MATLAB/Simulink (e.g., vehicle plant models, battery control models)

Creation and maintenance of Excel macros for data organization

■ Required Qualifications

Professional experience using MATLAB/Simulink

Strong communication skills

Japanese language N3 and above

■ Preferred Qualifications

Experience with HILS, simulators, or real hardware evaluation

Experience with evaluation tools like CANalyzer or CANoe

Knowledge of AUTOSAR configuration (COM, MEM, PORT, DCM, DEM, etc.)

Ability to read microcontroller manuals

Programming experience in C

Experience in automotive embedded software development
