Join Epic as a Site Auditor – Contaminated Land

We’re seeking an experienced Site Auditor (NSW or QLD accredited) to provide independent technical review, strategy and regulatory guidance across a portfolio of high-profile contaminated land and remediation projects. You’ll work closely with our senior consultants and clients, ensuring robust environmental outcomes and regulatory compliance.

What You’ll Be Doing

Providing statutory and non-statutory contaminated land auditing under QLD and/or NSW frameworks

Reviewing and certifying PSIs, DSIs, RAPs and validation reports

Advising clients, regulators and project teams on compliance, strategy and site outcomes

Supporting and mentoring internal consultants and external stakeholders

Engaging in technical leadership, peer review and cross-disciplinary collaboration

Helping shape Epic’s site assessment and remediation services nationally

What You’ll Need

Current QLD and/or NSW Site Auditor accreditation (dual is ideal, but not essential)

Strong track record across complex site assessments and remediation projects

Excellent understanding of NEPM, state guidelines and legislative frameworks

Ability to balance independence with collaboration

A genuine interest in mentoring and lifting technical capability

Exceptional communication, leadership and client engagement skills
