Front of House Staff / Customer Service Representative\nLooking to recruit TWO motivated and responsible Front of House Staff to join the Cane & Coconut brand.
Our store operates 7 days a week; applicant must be available for the following shifts:\n\nMondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays from 3pm to 9:30pm\nOR\nThursdays and Fridays from 3pm to 9:30pm, and Saturdays from 8:45am to 3pm\n\nJob Responsibilities:\n- Punctual for beginning of shift\n- Greet customers upon arrival\n- Engage with customers with a high level of product knowledge and professionalism\n- Ability to prepare store's food, drink, and produce in absence of Supervisor and Manager\n- Maintain the daily operation of ensuring food safety, product preparation, cleanliness standards, and security\n- Accurate logging of food orders in store's POS system\n- Perform weekly inventory and reporting figures to management; additional paperwork as assigned\n- Assist with special events and marketing activities\n- Present and maintain a clean appearance\n- Passion for health and wellness lifestyle is a plus!\n\nQualifications:\n- ServSafe (or equivalent) Food Handler's Certification\n- At least 1 year of deli/prep operations experience\n- Secondary or equivalent education\n- Active Washington, DC identification card\n- Computer knowledge is desirable\n\nPhysical:\n- Must be able to work any area of the store when needed, and able to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/cash register\n- Position requires bending, standing, and walking for the entire workday\n- Must have the ability to lift up to 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally
