The Job
We are seeking a Business Development Executive to be the tip of our spear in new client acquisition. This is a pure new business development role focused entirely on identifying, qualifying, and initiating relationships with potential clients who are new to AdMazad.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively identify and research new sales leads and potential clients through various channels, including industry directories, LinkedIn, and market intelligence.
Outreach & Cold Calling: Initiate contact with prospects via cold calls, emails, and social media to introduce AdMazad's value proposition and generate interest in our data-driven solutions.
Qualify Leads: Conduct thorough needs analysis to qualify leads and determine if they are a strategic fit for AdMazad's services, ensuring a high-quality pipeline.
Appointment Setting: Schedule and coordinate meetings between qualified prospects and our Account Management or AdMetrics teams for in-depth discussions and product demonstrations.
Pipeline Management: Meticulously track all sales activities and progress in Zoho CRM, maintaining a healthy and accurate pipeline of new business opportunities.
Contribute to Strategy: Provide market feedback to the leadership team, helping to refine our go-to-market strategy and identify new opportunities for growth.
Ideal Candidate
We're looking for a hunter with a builder's mindset. During the interview process, we will be looking for candidates who can demonstrate the following:
Experience: Proven experience (2+ years) in a business development or sales role, with a track record of successfully generating new business.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
Proactive & Resilient: A self-starter who thrives on initiating contact and is resilient in the face of rejection. You should be highly motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Metrics-Driven: A professional who understands sales metrics and is motivated by achieving and exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs) like call volume, lead conversions, and appointments set.
Data-Oriented: An aptitude for understanding and communicating the value of data and analytics.
Technical Proficiency: Experience using a CRM system (e.g., Zoho) for pipeline and activity management.
