Customer Service Rep

We're hiring! A valued client of ours in the fintech industry is hiring a Customer Service Representative to start immediately! Our client is looking for reliable, customer-focused individuals to handle inbound and outbound calls, providing outstanding service to help drive results.

Responsibilities:

Answer inbound customer calls with professionalism, accuracy, and empathy

Make outbound calls to follow up with customers, conduct outreach, or confirm appointments

Handle customer inquiries, product/service questions, and resolve complaints effectively

Provide detailed and accurate information about products, services, and policies

Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or upsells when applicable

Escalate complex issues to supervisors or relevant departments as needed

Record customer interactions and transactions in CRM and call tracking systems

Perform follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution

Collaborate with team members and departments to improve service delivery

Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call volume, response time, and quality metrics

Stay informed about company updates, policy changes, and product knowledge through regular training

What We're Looking For:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

1+ years of experience in a call center/contact center environment

Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure

Comfortable using computers and CRM software

Ability to hit targeted KPI's on a consistent basis

High school diploma or equivalent
