What You Will Do

The In-House Sales Representative role involves greeting customers, order processing, and ensuring accurate and efficient picking and packing of customer orders. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for detail, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, processing transactions, assisting with purchases, and handling inquiries, returns, and complaints in a professional manner.

Accurately process sales through the POS system, verifying pricing, quantities, and product availability.

Pick, pack, and process wholesale orders, ensuring accuracy in counts, pricing, and timely completion when needed.

Maintain inventory by restocking shelves, assisting with counts, and reporting discrepancies.

Keep the cash and carry area, retail floor clean, organized, and safe.

Handle cash, credit, and other payment transactions with accuracy.

Support team members and management with additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications

Previous experience in retail, wholesale, or warehouse operations preferred.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Basic math and computer skills for order entry and transactions.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Schedule: 10-6 Tuesday through Friday and 9-5 on Saturday

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 an hour
