We are looking for a Whole Home Generac generator Sales Representative who is serious about helping homeowners avoid the burden of electrical utility outages. This is an exciting opportunity to represent industry-leading products and be part of a team thats helping shape the future of standby power

Position Overview

As a Whole Home Generac generator Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business, conducting on-site assessments, delivering customized proposals, and guiding clients through the standby power options. You will play a key role in expanding our residential whole home standby power solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Prospect, qualify, and close new residential Generac generators

Educate homeowners on the financial and lifestyle benefits of whole home backup power

Conduct site evaluations and gather technical data for proposal generation

Prepare and present professional, tailored proposals to potential customers

Collaborate with engineering, operations, and permitting teams to ensure a smooth handoff from sale to installation

Maintain CRM records, track leads, and report progress to management

Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Qualifications

Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and closing skills

Comfortable conducting in-home consultations and site assessments

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently

Proficient with CRM platforms and sales proposal tools

Bachelors degree in Business, Environmental Studies, or related field (preferred)

Valid drivers license and willingness to travel for client appointments
