Job Description
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A dynamic opportunity is available for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) to provide specialized support in a K-12 educational setting. This contract position spans the current school year and offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on students' communication skills and educational success.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver individualized speech and language therapy services to students across all grade levels K-12
Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans addressing speech, language, and communication disorders
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational staff to integrate therapy goals within classroom activities
Maintain accurate documentation of student progress, therapy sessions, and compliance with state and federal regulations
Participate in individualized education plan (IEP) meetings and contribute professional insights regarding students' speech and language needs
Qualifications and Experience:
Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
Current state licensure to practice as an SLP
Proven experience working with children and adolescents in educational environments preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with students, families, and staff
Ability to manage a caseload and maintain organized documentation
