Objectives of the Position

Certification & Analytical services for assigned Projects

Co-ordination for the lab activities

Maintain IATF 16949 quality requirements for Projects assigned

Maintain EHS standards as per site guidelines, Ensure implementation of all RC Practices and associated documentation.

Main Tasks

Complete all requirements of assigned projects for corrosion, humidity, and accelerated weathering testing

Complete all requirements of assigned projects for all other testing:

IATF 16949: All documents updated in real time,

Support to Achieve 5 S Audit targets

EHS Management:

Implement EHS procedures in department to maintain a safe working environment

Conduct walkthroughs and audits in department to ensure early identification of hazards and initiate timely corrective actions and preventive practices.

To ensure the safe handling of hazardous chemicals and adherence to PPE usage of the lab personnel and the Work Permit system is properly followed. Compliance of process safety and environment code as per BASF practice.

Minimum Education and Qualification Required for the Position

Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering/ technology with min 3-5 years’ experience or Master Degree in science 2-3 yrs Experience

English Communication skill is must
