Job Description
American Traveler seeks an experienced Interventional Radiology Technologist (Neuro Specialist) for a Level II trauma facility, requiring at least 2 years of neuro-interventional experience and OH ARRT license. Responsibilities
Position is based in an Interventional Radiology department at a Level II trauma facility
Focus on neuro-interventional procedures including angiography, carotid stent interventions, and stroke cases
Typical daily volume is 6-8 cases
Day shifts are 4x10 hours (one shift 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM, one shift 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM), with every other holiday required
One weeknight call per week (Monday-Thursday 6:30 PM to 8:00 AM) and every third weekend call (Friday 6:30 PM to Monday 8:00 AM)
Uses Siemens imaging equipment and Epic EMR
Floating to other units required as needed
Work as part of a team with a typical daily staffing of 6-7 RTs and 5-6 RNs
Position requires coverage at a Level II trauma center that operates 24/365
Completion of non-billable onboarding modules (average 12 hours) is required prior to start
Every other holiday coverage is expected
Return travelers must have at least 366 days since last working as staff at any OhioHealth facility
Multiple call-offs or no call/no show may result in termination
Labs must be completed within 72 hours of signing

Minimum of 2 years recent experience in Interventional Radiology with a neuro focus
Current OH Radiology license required (pending acceptable)
Active ARRT and BLS certifications (pending acceptable)
Must live more than 100 miles from central Columbus to be eligible
